Our Beginnings.

Hoadu Consulting was born from a recognition of the distinct challenges in California's entitlement landscape. Most projects move straight to execution without a clear picture of the potential yield or the entitlement process ahead.

Founded by Emre Turanalp, Hoadu Consulting was incorporated to liaise between owners and their respective agencies, and ultimately secure approval for the highest and best use. The team brings a practical understanding of how to speak to the incentives that drive deals and commissions.

Backed by experience across 100+ municipalities, with established working relationships among local authorities throughout California.
