Our Beginnings.
The initiative was born from a recognition of the distinct set of challenges in California's entitlement landscape. Most projects move straight to execution without a clear picture of what the property can yield or what entitlement actually looks like.
Founded by CEO Emre Turanalp, Hoadu Consulting was incorporated to address these challenges, setting a new standard of project management grounded in jurisdictional and procedural depth.
